Employee is a major asset of the Century Steel. For the company, all employees are like shareholders who continue to devote their time and effort for the company endlessly. As a result, our Chairman provide all our employees with the best welfare, such as annual bonus, domestic & overseas traveling subsidies, end-of- the-year thanksgiving parties, and special gifts to rewards each employees. In addition, external training courses were also provided to all our employees for them to learn and grow. Even though some of our employees are now staying at their small department serving their different functions, they might become high-level managers for the new factories or overseas factories some day in the future.

With the continuous expansion of business scale, CT's corporate social responsibility is now even more heavier than it was before. Chairman Lai Wenxiang never forget to give back to his hometown. In addition to the enthusiastic initiation and participation in social welfare, Chairman Lai also provides approximately 10 elementary school graduates each year with some great rewards such as computers or bicycles. After establishing steel structure plant (with 13,600 pings) at Yunlin county near his hometown, Chairman Lai has also been actively involved in the public works and private construction projects of Jiayi County to provide residents of his hometown with even more job opportunities.

In addition, Chairman Lai also put great emphasis on social participation. In 2009, he has participated in the disaster relief programs of Typhoon Morakot by providing aid supplies and financial donations to the disaster victims. After being elected as youth entrepreneurship model, the Chairman has also served as vice president of National Association of Young Entrepreneurs, executive director of ALL-CHINA Federation of Industry & Commerce, director of Taiwan Wind Turbine Industry Association, vice president of Taoyuan Enterprise Chamber and director of Friend-of- Police Association at Taoyuan City, where the CT headquarter is located. All time and money devoted to the public welfare activities have fully reflect CT’s corporate social responsibility of “taken from society, give back to society”.
