• Sep 1988 Our first factory was established in Guanyin District to produce all kinds of steel structures.
• Jun 1992 High-tech automated manufacturing equipment was introduced to improve production capacity and raise product quality.
• Nov 1994 The first domestic semiconductor fabrication plant was established for Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company.
• Oct 1995 A technical breakthrough of “large-scale truss factory assembly” was made in the construction project as entrusted by Winbond Electronics Corporation.
• Sep 1996 We have received the certification of “ISO- 9002/CNS12682 Quality Management System” from Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI).
• Jul 1997 Our company shares are formally issued.
• Apr 1998 We have signed the largest domestic steel structure contract of the public work “New Taipei City Administrative Office Building”.
• Apr 1998 We have signed the first domestic steel structure contract of the “LCD Plant” as entrusted by Acer Display Technology Incorporation.
• Dec 1999 Our company name “Century Iron & Steel Factory Co., Ltd.” was formally transformed into “Century Iron & Steel Industrial Co., Ltd.”.
• Jun 2000 We have signed the first domestic steel structure contract of “Low Temperature Poly-silicon” as entrusted by Digitimes, Inc.
• Oct 2002 We have received the certification of “ISO2000/CNS12681 Quality Management System” from Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI).
• Jan 2003 we have login to the Taipei Exchange (GreTai Securities Market).
• Oct 2003 We have signed the largest domestic steel structure contract of the public work “Nangang Station CL305”.
• Apr 2004 2 pieces of land numbered 80 and 80-1 (with a total of 3,000 square meters) located in Guanyin Industrial Park were purchased to expand the production capacity.
• Jul 2005 11 pieces of land numbered 1462-0000 located in Guanxing Village of Guanyin Township and 9 pieces of land numbered 0140-0000 located in Baiyu Village of Guanyin Township (with a total area of 12,451.63 pings) were purchased for factory expansion and st

• Dec 2010 Our subsidiary company Century Huadu Development & Construction Co., Ltd. was first established.
• Oct 2012 We have issued the first domestic convertible bond.
• Aug 2013 Common initiators for the demonstration incentive program have participated in the contract signing ceremony.
• May 2014 Our company has signed a contract with Fuhai Wind Farm Corporation for 1 meteorological observatory tower, 2 wind farm demonstration units and 28 offshore wind turbines.
• Nov 2014 Our subsidiary company “CENTURY INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT ENTERPRISE LIMITED” was formally established in Hong Kong.
• Jul 2014 Contract signing ceremony of NT3 billion syndicated loan was held.
• Mar 2015 Through the transfer investment business “CENTURY INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT ENTERPRISE LIMITED”, transfer investment was made for “MYANMAR CENTURY STEEL STRUCTURE LIMITED”
• Jul 2015 The first offshore meteorological observatory tower was officially constructed.
• Mar 2016 The construction project of our new factory “MYANMAR CENTURY STEEL STRUCTURE LIMITED” was officially commenced.
